ANPA Meeting During APS March Meeting 2019
ANPA organized a meeting of Nepali scientists during the APS March meeting 2019 at Boston, MA. ANPA was provided a meeting room from the APS. More than 50 Nepali physicists (Professors, Scientists, Graduate students, Editors, Industrialists) attended the meeting. ANPA-EC members Dr. CR Bhatta and Dr. Santosh KC presented overall activities of the ANPA. Recently organized and upcoming programs were presented and discussed among the participants. A couple of professors, Dr. Gopi Kaphle and Dr. Madhav Ghimire from the Central Department of Physics, TU, Nepal also participated in the meeting. They shared their views about the possible collaboration between ANPA and Nepal Physical Society (NPS) to develop the overall physical science research and education in Nepal. Likewise, other participants also promised their support.
